What to do when you get stuck in a rut...

First of all, I wanted to say, it’s completely normal to have a shitty day here and there but, sometimes it goes on for longer than just one day so, when this happens,and you need to get yourself out of a funk...This is what I do to get back on track. I've found it to be a very effective process.

Give it a try and tell me what you think!

1. First thing in the morning,when you're drinking your coffee or tea, read a book that will make you feel good, or listen to a podcast that is motivating or inspirational.

2. Around noon,before you eat lunch, do something out, go on a walk, do some yoga, dance or whatever you have fun doing to sweat. It doesn't really matter what it is, just as long as you're moving your body.

3. Later in the day, do something creative. After you worked out, your mind will be flowing with creative energy. You can write, paint, cook or whatever else is a good outlet for you. Make sure you don't go into it with any expectations... just sit down and start! This will help you get out of your head.

4. At the very end of the day, either talk about what you are grateful for or make a list of the top 3 things you are grateful for that day!

Do this process for a few days and I promise you will start to feel more inspired and productive! P.S. don't forget to drink water! It's important for your happiness.
